How do I start using ConTXT?

  4. Once your loved one connects with ConTXT on CorrLinks, they will receive a welcome/onboarding packet with user instructions
  5. Note: While you or other family members can message your loved one at their personal number at any time, the incarcerated individual must first be connected with ConTXT on CorrLinks to receive those messages
Can multiple family members contribute to one account?

Yes! Multiple people can deposit credits for an inmate. Each payment extends the expiration date by another month or year, depending on the subscription type selected.

How do I manage my subscription?
